Hi, I'm Rob 👋🏻

I am a tech worker, writer and organzier living in lovely NYC.

I am currently working on Google Classroom out of the Hudson Square office.
I also enjoy performing improv (or as I call it, imp-rob) at Magnet Theater in Chelsea!

I am also currently working on a couple novels and short stories, it's very ecclectic these days.
I hope to have fiction people can read soon!

    Software Engineer
    • Currently working on Google Classroom, building education tools for the next generation of learners.
    • Introduced a new mode for our integration tests to increase test confidence, launch safety and eliminate a common failure mode of launches in Classroom.
    • Migrated parts of our codebase from synchronous to asynchronous Java using PromiseGraph in order to decrease latency and increase backend developer velocity.
